Allegations of domestic violence have led to the tentative resignation of Oilton Police Chief Carl Stout according to documents obtained by the Cushing Citizen Monday.
Reports earlier this week indicated that Oilton Mayor Steve Arnold placed Stout on paid administrative leave while an investigation into an alleged domestic violence incident is being conducted.
