On Saturday, Nov. 7, Officer Jerry Haley with the Yale Police Department, pulled over a vehicle driven by Eric Dean Hambrick, 23, of Stillwater, on a traffic offense.
After pulling into a parking lot, Hambrick jumped out of his car while it was still rolling with a passenger, Jessica Sue Glover, inside.
