Reception planned to meet new Cushing city manager

CUSHING — The City of Cushing is hosting a reception next week for residents to meet, and welcome, newly hired City Manager Ryan Ochsner to town.“We’re excited to welcome Mr. Ochsner to Cushing,” said Interim City Manager Derek Griffith.
