Drumright Police Department congratulated offi cer Brian Niccum on offi cially becoming certifi ed through the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET) on Oct. 24. According to Assistant Chief Mandy Folden, Niccum started with the department in May and has been steadily progressing towards his certifi cation. Niccum served in the Navy for six years prior to joining law enforcement and is currently engaged to the mother of his two year old daughter. Pictured is Niccum holding his certifi cat
