OBN investigation results in arrest of Glencoe marijuana grower

GLENCOE - Fulfillment of an arrest warrant issued on Oct. 7 resulted in Dainquiao Cao being placed in Payne County jail and three separate counts filed against him— trafficking illegal drugs, unlawful cultivation of marijuana, and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony.
