Glencoe man accused of assault

GLENCOE — Glencoe resident Cody Johnson was booked into Payne County jail on Thursday, May 30 on one count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Johnson appeared in court on June 6 at which point he entered a plea of not guilty.

DRUMRIGHT — The Oklahoma FreeWheel bike ride made a pit stop in Drumright last week, with participants enjoying live music, food, and park camping during their stay.The FreeWheel started in Pawhuska on June 2, when riders traveled 49.9 miles to Pawnee for the first leg of the ride.
