Pro Tem Treat Doubles Down on Grocery Tax Cut

OKLAHOMA CITY – Senate Pro Tem Greg Treat, R-Oklahoma City, highlighted the January report from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics released today showing food prices rose nearly 4% over the last year. Pro Tem Treat’s Senate Bill 1283 aims to eliminate the state portion of the grocery sales tax.
