Agra hires Rossiter as super

AGRA — The upcoming 2026-2027 school year for Agra Public Schools will begin with a new superintendent following district officials approval of the hiring of alumnus Delbert Rossiter.Rossiter is expected to officially begin this position on July 1, according to High School Principal John Golliver.

Cushing woman injured in fatal Choctaw County crash

FORT TOWSON — A Cushing woman was injured in a two-vehicle collision Friday evening in Choctaw County that resulted in the death of a Fort Towson man.According to Trooper Deron Brown of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 8:22 p.m. June 5 at the intersection of U.S.
