Bell Cow: April 29. Elevation is 2 ft. below normal and stable, water temperature 64°F and murky. Largemouth bass excellent on crankbaits, jigs, plastic baits, and spinnerbaits around rocks, shallows, shorelines, and weed beds.

Dowell appointed to Seat Four

On May 1 City of Cushing Board of Commissioners’ Chairman Mike Griffith resigned prior to the regular organizational meeting of the board. After formerly accepting the resignation, former seat three holder Nancy Dowell was appointed to the position of seat four on May 4.

Address Confirmation Notices Mailed to Oklahoma Voters

Over the next several weeks, 326,603 registered voters in Oklahoma will receive an Address Confirmation Notice from the State Election Board. The notices are required by state law. Voters who receive an Address Confirmation Notice have 60 days to respond.

We passed our final floor deadline this week. We received 404 bills from the Senate, and 254 Senate bills ultimately passed the House before our Thursday deadline. Moving forward, we will primarily focus on considering any Senate amendments to House bills.
