CUSHING — An airport hay crop lease agreement bid was awarded to Hermann’s Custom Baling for $20,100 by Cushing commissioners during the regular meeting on Feb. 17.The agenda item was in regard to the cutting, baling, and removal of hay at the Cushing Municipal Airport.
