Perkins man arrested after near fatal hit and run

STILLWATER — A pickup truck driver with a history of drug convictions has been ordered to appear in court on Dec. 18 on a felony charge of leaving the scene of a Stillwater accident in which an acquaintance received serious injuries requiring life-saving measures.
