STILLWATER — A 62-yearold Yale man has pleaded no contest to setting fire to grass in and around Eagle Road and Airport Road in rural Payne County while intoxicated, in a case investigated by Yale Assistant Police Chief Ken Moore.

“It is a necessary evil” CUSHING — A recent cost of service and rate study presentation was given to Cushing Municipal Authority members in which rate increases for water, sewer, and electric were proposed.No action was taken by trustees during the Feb.
