STILLWATER — A 21-year-old Cushing man accused of choking his girlfriend has been jailed on $15,000 bond pending his arraignment this week on a felony domestic violence charge.
If convicted of domestic assault and battery by strangulation, Hayden Lee Stiles could be given as much as a 10-year prison term plus a $20,000 fine, according to court documents filed last week.
