CUSHING — A second oath of office for Chuck Ellsworth was administered during a special joint meeting held on Sept. 21 officially beginning his tenure on the City of Cushing commission.
A documentation error required Ellsworth to repeat the oath of office he initially took on Aug. 28, according to Municipal Judge Bill Ahrberg, who publicly noted it prior to the second swear in.
