Members of the Cushing Fire Department and the Payne County Sheriff’s Department work the scene of a triple fatality just west of Cushing on SH 33 last week.
CUSHING - A head on collision involving two vehicles took the lives of three individuals last week.
The accident occurred just before 8 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 7 on SH-33 one half mile west of King’s Highway, in Cushing. The victims, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, were Cushing resident Zachery Scott Isca, Perkins resident Kyle Sams, and Tulsa resident Shaun Striker.
