Brian Jay Troth Sr., aged 64, passed away We d n e s d a y, February 21st, 2024, surrounded by family. He was a loving husband, father and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Brian was born on August 26th, 1959, in Richmond, California, to parents Melvin Troth and Delilah Woodward. After working various jobs in his early years, he eventually found his calling as a Flooring Contractor, mastering all areas of flooring. Throughout his long career, he was known for his tireless hard work, dedication, and passion for helping others. His work is proudly on display in thousands of homes and businesses.

On November 5th, 1982, Brian married Victoria Lou Cox in Reno, Nevada. He was a loving husband who would do anything for his wife. They spent 35 wonderful years together, with Brian going above and beyond to take care of Victoria in her final years after some major health problems. His love, dedication, and tenderness were inspiring.

But more than anything, Brian was a devoted father and grandfather. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren, sharing stories, teaching them how to fix things, having tickle fights, and attending their sporting events. He was always there to offer guidance, support, and encouragement, no matter what stood before them.

In his free time, Brian enjoyed listening to classic rock, watching westerns, cooking out with friends, and watching sports. He loved the Green Bay Packers and Oklahoma City Thunder. He had many hobbies over the years, such as fishing, disc golf, and even picked up the guitar recently. He was also an amazing artist, whose drawing skills thankfully have been passed down to some of his children and grandchildren. He was an active member of his community, always willing to volunteer the little free time he had to help a neighbor in need.

Brian is preceded in death by his mother, Delilah, father, Melvin, wife, Victoria, brother, David, and sister, Diane.

Brian is survived by his brothers, Wesley, Gary and Rodney, sister, Linda, his children, Kimberly Martin, Mimmie Smith, Ken Cupples (Rina) and Brian Troth Jr. (Kristin), and his grandchildren, Caitee Abrell (Jeremy), Clayton Rea, Tyler Sommerfeld (Jonnie), Hayley Gray (Michael) Kayla Cupples, Karina Cupples, KJ Cupples, Skylar Martin, Jacob Martin, Parker Troth, and Connor Troth.
