Claudia Gail Pinson- Wilson was born September 3, 1941, to Claude and Thelma (Fowler) Pinson in Texola, Oklahoma. She departed this life January 7, 2023, at the age of 81.
She was a graduate of Cushing High School class of 1959. Claudia later went back to school at Central Area Vo-tech and received her certification to become an LPN. She had worked at Valley Hope, Cushing Regional Hospital, and the Warren Clinic.
On March 16, 1982, Claudia was united in marriage to Jim Wilson. They enjoyed forty years together. She was a member of the Cushing Church of Christ. Claudia enjoyed many things including, traveling shopping, quilting, seamstress work, and watching old movies and music. In her younger years she also enjoyed roller skating.
She is survived by her husband Jim Wilson; four children, Laura Machart and husband Joe, Jeff Miltimore, Steven Miltimore, and Carol Sue Marquez; two brothers, Gary Pinson and Doug Pinson; two stepdaughters, Kara Schoff and husband Don, and Stephanie Lloyd and husband Kevin; eight grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. She was loved dearly by her family, friends and church brothers and sisters. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Darla Miltimore and one brother, Danny Pinson.
Funeral services were held on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at the Cushing Church of Christ with interment followed at the Fairlawn Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Matherly-Davis Funeral Home. Condolences can be left at www.matherlydavisfuneralhome. com
