Donna Sue Stewart was born September 13, 1950, to Robert & Wilma Smith in Guthrie, Oklahoma. She departed this life, December 11, 2021, at the age of 71.
She had worked for the Guthrie Public Schools as a cook and later as a certifi ed Nurses Assistant.
On April 15, 1983, Donna Sue Smith, and James W. Stewart were united in marriage. They enjoyed almost thirty years together before his passing December 3, 2012.
Donna enjoyed watching professional wrestling on television and spending time with her family. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by two sons, James Lynn Meeks and wife Vickie, Robert Douglas Meeks; three sisters, Roberta Greenwell, Maxine Morton, and Wilma Rose; grandchildren, Dallas Meeks, and wife Eren, Timothy Meeks, Mat thew Meeks and wife Mercadez, and Megan Meeks; great grandchildren, Lilly, Connor, Aurora and Cillican. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Mary Jo Smith, two brothers, Robert, and Leonard Smith.
Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00pm, Thursday, December 16, 2021at St. Leo Cemetery, Cushing, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Matherly-Davis Funeral Home. Condolences can be seen at www.matherlydavisfuneralhome.com
