Everett Lee Roach • February 26, 1942 – March 14, 2022

Everett Lee Roach, a longtime Cushing resident, went home to be with his savior on Monday, March 14, 2022, in Tulsa, OK, surrounded by family at the age of 80. Visitation services will be held from 4:00-8:00 PM on Thursday, March 17, 2022, at Palmer Marler Funeral Home Chapel in Cushing, OK. Memorial Services will be held on Friday, March 18, 2022, at Big Creek Church of the Brethren, Cushing, OK, at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Big Creek Church of the Brethren Cemetery.

Everett was born on February 26, 1942, in Dalhart, Texas, to the late Cecil Roach and Theresa (Cash) Black. Everett met the love of his life, Donna Jean Roach, and they were married on June 20, 1960. To this union, seven children were born: Justin, Janna, Darrin, Kevin, Rick, Brandon, and Garrell. Everett and his wife made their home in Woodward, then Dighton, KS, back to Woodward, then Medicine Lodge, KS, and then moved to Cushing in 1969, where they had lived since. Everett and Donna founded Roach Auto, LLC, where he owned and operated the family business as an independent garageman. He enjoyed woodworking, RC hobbies, bowling, and western movies/music. Everett loved spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren.

Everett is survived by children Justin Leon Roach and wife Rita of San Antonio, TX, Janna Renee’ Gray and husband Gregory of Owasso, Kevin Terry Roach and wife Tina of Owasso, Rick Everett Roach of Cushing, Brandon Eli Roach and wife Tabitha of Ft. Worth, TX, Garrell Boyd Roach and wife Jennifer of Cushing; brother Cecil Roach and wife Oleta of Woodward, OK; sister Kathy Haskins of Vici, OK; brothers-in-law Dennis Maze of Longdale, OK and Garrell Maze and wife Kathy of Moore, OK; grandchildren Katie Hathaway and husband Cody, Laura Gray, Todd Gray, Jeremy Roach, Noah Roach, Wyatt Baker, Alexandria (Lexi) Roach, Kameron Roach, Kara Roach, and Kaylee Roach; two great-grandchildren Cohen Hathaway and Bohanon Hathaway; as well as many other extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his wife Donna Roach, his parents, his son Darrin Loyd Roach, and his sisters Lavena Joyce Roach and Helen Day.
