Janet Marie (Dorle) Landry, Cushing resident, passed from this life on Friday, July 26, 2024 peacefully at her home in Lincoln County, at the age of 64. Services will be held, Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Crossway Church at 2:00PM. Pastor Sonny Johnston, will officiate the service. Janet was born to Ida Ruth and Raymond Woodrow Dorle, on April 30, 1960.
Janet Dorle, grew up with a large family in Cushing with 9 other siblings. She was very stubborn and hardheaded, but that made people love her more. Then she married David McNeal and had two Children, David Matthew McNeal II (Matt) and Bryan Ray McNeal. Janet also raised Angie Dawn “Rice” Painter, and claimed her as her own daughter. Janet later married again and then she met the love of her life Robert Snider, they made their home in Cushing for the last 18 years. She Loved Robert’s kids and grandkids as her own. Janet worked many different jobs until she was unable to work. Janet was a Volunteer Firefighter for Northeastern Lincoln County Fire Department, I think she became a firefighter to drive the trucks or to give the fire chief a hard time. Janet had more friends than anyone but there are a few that were very close to her, Carla, Tammy, Sue, Sandy, Donna, Mel and Lisa.
Janet is survived by spouse, Robert Snider, Sons David McNeal, Bryan McNeal, daughter Angie Painter, Robert’s kids Jennifer Harmon (husband Mitch Harmon), Justin Snider (wife Kalei Snider) and Jessica Myers(husband Jon Myers) . Grandkids Alex McNeal, Devin Mc-Neal, Aiden McNeal, Keith Parker, Nathan Parker, Timothy Rice, Luke Painter, Daniel Painter, Tyler Rice, Joselyn Krehbiel, Robert’s Grandkids Anthony Harmon, Avery Taylor, Roman, Talon and Lakyn Myers and granddaughters- Harper, Paynter and Havilland Snider, Sister Jackie Lann, brothers Don Dorle and Gene Dorle.
Janet is preceded in Death by Her parents, grandparents and siblings Diana Gastelum, Mark Dorle, Geneva Freeman, Larry Dorle, Scottie Dorle and Connie Norvell.
