Joseph Earl Smith

Joseph Earl Smith was born July 21, 1943, to Victor Yager and Elizabeth Helen Smith near Jennings, Oklahoma. He departed this life surrounded by his kids and grandkids on December 29, 2023, at the age of 80. Joe graduated from Quay High School in 1961.
