Mika Renee Mc Crackin passed from this life on August 24, 2023, at her home in Cushing, Oklahoma. Her care has been entrusted to Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Cushing, Oklahoma.
She was born on October 7, 1972, to parents James and Myra (Isbell) McCrackin in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Even at a young age, Mika had a touch of stubbornness that drove her parents crazy, but made their home full of life. She went to school in Cushing, Oklahoma, and graduated in 1991. Soon after, she married Mike Radle. Three years later, she married Tom Ball and moved to Perry, Oklahoma. She began working for Brown-Dugger Funeral Home where she spent 9 years working in the funeral industry. This is where she found a love for caring for families and their loved ones.
Mika also worked for Strode Funeral Home for a short time before she decided to get her certificate to become a Surg Tech. She worked in the health care industry for a few years and also taught classes at Central Tech. Mika decided she wanted to work as an EMT and went to school again. She was always passionate about learning and finding a career that best suited her talents. Personally, Mika loved animals. Her favorite animal was her cat Minion which she treated more as her child. Stray cats would hang out around her house because she continually fed them. Her heart was always toward little animals, especially those that didn’t have homes.
Mika loved scary movies and her favorite holiday was Halloween.
Her love for laughter and her outgoing personality made her the type of person that never met a stranger. Mika will be missed by all who knew her.
Mika is preceded in death by her brother, Cory McCrackin, niece, Haley McCrackin, and grandparents Clarence and Leah McCrackin and Myron and Coeta Isbell.
She is survived by her parents James and Myra McCrackin; niece, Kylea Bridges; great nieces, Kambrie McCrackin and Skyler Bridges; uncles and aunts, Raymond and Carol McCrackin, Melanie Dalton, and Darrel and Donna Wood; best friend, Melissa Annis; along with many other friends and relatives whom she loved.
Funeral services will be held at the Cushing Christian Church on October 7, 2023, at 11AM.
