Patricia “Pat” (Mansfield) Day was born November 16, 1932, to Keith and Viola (Daughtery) Mansfield in Del Nort, Colorado. She departed this life on February 4, 2025, at the age of 92 years.
Pat was raised in Cushing. She was united in marriage to Harold Day on July 30, 1949; to this union three children, Diann, Danny and Terry, were born.
Pat collected dolls and made doll clothes. She enjoyed dancing, she was known for her night’s out with the girls. She and Harold ran the skating rink in Cushing for many years, and she enjoyed teaching skating lessons.
Survivors include her husband of over 75 years, Harold, of the home; three children, Diann Short, Danny Day and Terry Day, all of Cushing; grandchildren, Tracy Stultz and husband, Wayne, Brandi Boutwell and husband, Heath, Darren Day, Jeremy Day and wife, Rebecca, Troy Day, Ronnie Day, Shannon Day, Tanya Estep and husband, Steve, Randy Day, Shaundra Boynton and husband, Nicholas, Michael Haymes, Michelle Haymes, Lisa Marriott and Jessica Moss; 28 great-grandchildren; 20 great/great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by two brothers, Virgil Mansfield and Milton Mansfield and sister, Cleo Mansfield.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. on Monday, February 10, 2025, at Crossway Church with Pastor Sonny Johnston officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairlawn Cemetery.
