Phillip Morgan Frazier Jr.

Phillip Morgan Frazier Jr. passed from this life on September 2, 2022, in Bryan, Texas. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home, Cushing, Oklahoma.

Phillip was born in Cushing, Oklahoma on September 5, 1989, to proud parents Phillip and Patricia Frazier. He grew up in Amarillo, Texas until moving to Drumright in the 8th grade. He attended school at Drumright graduating with the Class of 2008. After graduation he played football at Bethany College for a year. Phillip then enlisted in the U.S. Navy and was stationed for 5 years in Rota, Spain. While overseas he was united in marriage to Jena and welcomed a son, Reid. After his honorable discharge in 2015, Phillip lived in Yukon, Oklahoma and several other places working in the oilfield. During this time, he was blessed with a beautiful daughter, Sylvia. Phillip had moved to Bryan, Texas and was working for Texas A&M as an Electronics Technician for the Geochemical and Environmental Research Group. In his spare time, he enjoyed working out, playing and watching football, and had a passion for tattoos. Above all, he loved being a father and spent every moment he could with Reid and Sylvie.

Phillip is preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Mary McPhail, and one uncle, James Frazier Jr.

He is survived by his children, Reid and Sylvia Frazier of Jenks, OK; parents, Patricia Frazier of Norman, OK and Phillip and wife Chasity Frazier of College Station, TX; sister, Mallory and husband Joe Gonzales of New York City, NY; grandparents, Jim and Sallie Frazier of Cushing, OK; Aunts and Uncles, Peggy and husband Ronnie Patton of Paul’s Valley, OK, Robin Allford of Cushing, OK, Dennis and wife Margie McPhail of Edmond, OK, Rex and wife Marsha McPhail of Tulsa, OK, Nancy and husband Mark McCoin of Edmond, OK; as well as numerous cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 8, 2022, at Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Cushing, OK.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 9, 2022, at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Cushing, Oklahoma. Interment will follow services at Euchee Valley Memorial Park, Cushing.
