Rachel May Freeby, 62, of Perry passed peacefully from this life on May 18, 2022, at Perry Medical Center in Perry OK. This comes after many years of illness. Rachel was born in Portland, Oregon on March 31, 1960, to Tom and Betty (Howell) Underwood. She loved her family and friends. Rachel enjoyed playing bingo and Yahtzee, planting fl owers and writing letters. Being very proud of her Irish heritage, she enjoyed St. Patrick’s Day and anything Irish.
She was preceded in death by her parents Tom and Betty Underwood.
She is survived by her ex-husband Robert Freeby of Mansfi eld, Arkansas, daughter Erica Matthiesen and her husband Pete of Perry, OK, daughter Erin Freeby and her partner Paul Tomdelson of Abungton, PA, grandchildren: Ryan and Lily Matthiesen, boyfriend Bob Thorp of Green Valley, Sister Rebecca Wilson of Blackwell, OK, brother Tom Underwood of Perkins, OK.
