Richard L. Smith, of Tryon, born August 6, 1936, passed from this earth on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, 2026. He was 89. Services are planned for 10 a.m. Saturday, May 30, at the Christian Union Church, 104 N First Street, Tryon, OK. Interment will follow at the Carney Cemetery.
