Robert Allen Booten • October 19, 1935 - December 25, 2020

Robert went to be with our Lord in heaven on December 25, 2020.

Born October 19, 1935 to Calvin C. And Kathryn Kinsley-Booten in Cushing, OK. Being the youngest of four children he attended Cushing Public School. After fi nishing school he worked for Fulton Pipeline of Dumas, TX then he joined the Army and served 2 years in the Korean War. Afterwards Robert then came home and went to work for a hot roofi ng company out of Cushing, OK. Robert then started driving Semi’s working for Gerald Hall/North American Moving, then worked for the late Dan Middlebrooks, Last worked for Titans Logistics of Stillwater, OK until he had to retire. Robert fi lled his spare time with family, going to garage and estate sales, going to fl ea markets. But he always looked forward to the family vacation trip to Branson, MO. When not on the go Robert loved putting together puzzles at the dining table. He hardly ever missed a college football game on TV when OU or OSU was playing. Him and Ruth were regulars of the Homestead and the SteerInn in Cushing. Robert is survived by his wife Ruth Kay Flavell-Booten of the home, one son Larry Gene Booten, Wife Cheryl and step-daughter Sammie of Perry, OK, Sister to Ann Booten-Floral of Guthrie, OK. Nephew David Ray Flavell-Johnson of Stillwater, OK. Numerous if Great Nieces & Nephews and G.G Nieces and Nephews. Robert id proceeded in death by his father Calvin and Mother Kathryn Booten, Sister Gloria Booten-Buckles and Brother in law Cliff ord, Brother Christopher Booten and Brother in law Wayne Floral. Donations can be made in his honor of Robert Allen Booten to the American Heart Ass. And wounded Warriors. Graveside Services at Fairlawn Cemetery in Cushing, OK May 24th 1 PM.
