Robert “Bob” Thomas was born on July 12, 1936, to Harry and Myrtle Thomas in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Bob lived a full and rich life until his passing on January 7, 2023 at the age of 86 in Cushing.
He was united in marriage to Boonthavee Ruangrit in January 2015.
Bob worked as a lineman for most of his life, but he truly found joy on his farm in Cushing where he raised cattle. He was a dedicated member of the Shriners and Masons, and he enjoyed traveling in his RV and participating in a variety of outdoor activities, especially farming. Survivors include his wife, Boon, of the home; children, Elizabeth Thomas, Thomas Thomas and wife, Carolyn, Theresa Bissonette, William Jenkins and wife, Sherry, James Jenkins and Jo Anne Jenkins; several grandchildren, including grandson, Levi Coltrin and grandchildren Amber, Bella, Kate, Zoe and Archer; several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by one son, Anthony Thomas; two brothers, Harry and Bill and one sister, JoAnn.
A celebration of Bob’s life will be held at his home for family and friends.
