Ruthann Davis

Ruthann Davis, lifelong resident of Cushing, passed away Friday, December 18, 2020 at her residence at the age of 68 years.

The daughter of the late Millard Goforth and Viola Benton Goforth, Ruth was born on August 7, 1952 in Cushing. She attended Cushing Public schools upon graduation then married and began her family. Out of this life she had eight children, Bryan, Sherry, Jason, Loretta, Christopher, Anthony, Debbie and Becky. She also had 20 grandchildren. Her brothers were Johnny B, Harvey Sr., Jackie Ray, Robert, and Alvis Goforth. Her sisters were Shirley Wolfe, Thelma Stanley, Wanda Gene, Helen Brown and Rita Reiley. Many nephews, nieces and cousins.

The love of her life, Elvin Greenfi eld and daughter Becky Davis were by her side when she passed to be with the Lord.

Ruthann was a homemaker, she loved to cook and share her recipes and stories with all. She was known by her laughter and smiles.

She loved her family and friends very much. She will be missed by many.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son Jason; brothers, Johnny ana Harvey Sr., and sisters Shirley, Thelma and Rita.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 2, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Memorial Chapel of the Davis Funeral Home with Reverend Mark Skinner offi ciating.
