Terry Dean Lane was born on Thursday, July 14, 1949, in Chandler, Oklahoma, and passed from this life on April 9, 2023, in Stillwater, Oklahoma. He was born to Leo Lester and Edna Jencie (Conder) Lane. He attended Agra Schools and was a lifelong Agra resident. Terry made his living as an auto mechanic and co-owned A & A Salvage in Agra with his brother Don for many years. Terry and his brother Jimmie spent many mornings drinking coffee at the Homestead restaurant in Cushing. Terry spent countless evenings reminiscing with his siblings, which brought him great joy. He enjoyed lemon pie, Braum’s ice cream, and wiener dogs, owning several during his life. Terry was laid to rest at Osage Cemetery located in Agra on April 13, 2023. Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Edna Lane; a daughter, Tammy Lane; brothers, Richard Lane, Donald Lane, and Jimmie Lane; and a sister, Joyce Adkisson. Terry is survived by two sisters, Shirley Thorp, and Sheila Smith; four grandchildren; his companion of several years, Karen; as well as many other family members and friends.
