Many many thanks to Sgt. Matt Pratt and Offi cer Cody Carpenter for their quick response to my 911 call last Wednesday at 5:30 a.m.
My furnace had been knocked out by the ice storm and in trying to light the gas jet in the fi replace, I pulled the control out of the wall with the gas fl owing. I could not get the control back into place, so I called 911.
