Payne County Becomes Second Amendment Sanctuary

A request from Payne County sheriff Joe Harper to make Payne County a Second Amendment Sanctuary County was approved Thursday April 29, immediately following Gov. Kevin Stitt’s signing of the bill that made Oklahoma a SAS State.
