Before I dive into this week's column, I want to spread the word about the upcoming 5k to benefit the Supporters of Families with Sickle Cell Disease! It will be Saturday, Sept. 23 at 9 a.m. at the Oklahoma State Capitol in Oklahoma City.
Proceeds from the fundraiser will help bring awareness to sickle cell disease and provide resources to individuals and families living with the disease. More info…
