Tiger middle linebacker, senior Hayden Fry, penetrates the Wagoner line untouched and puts a hit on a Wagoner ball carrier. Fry had 13 tackles on the night, with 6 solo. He had an impressive season total of more than 180 tackles.
For all but one team in every high school football playoff bracket, the season will end with a loss. Such was the case for the Cushing Tigers, who ended their 2020 season with a 14-40 loss to Wagoner and fi nished with 9-4 record.
Don’t let those numbers fool you. The Tigers had an extraordinary run and went deep into the post season.
