GROVE — For a good chunk of the game Friday, the Cushing Tigers had Grove right where they wanted them. But they just couldn’t close the deal.
Cushing’s D spent most of the first half smothering the Ridgerunners and the offense repeatedly found itself starting on Grove’s side of midfield, and the Tigers ground out a 10-0 lead.
