STILLWATER — The Payne County Board of Commissioners Monday approved an engineering contract for the Payne County Administration building 3rd floor renovation between CEC Corporation and the Board of Commissioners.

PAWNEE — On Aug. 8, the Pawnee Nation Business Council selected the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma’s Chief Tribal Court Judge Robert Don Gifford to serve an eightyear term as a Supreme Court Justice for the Pawnee Nation Supreme Court.
