STILLWATER — The Payne County Board of Commissioners Monday approved a $304,420 agreement between BLK Inc. andtheBoardofCommissioners for renovations for the Payne County Health Department in Stillwater including full design, construction documents, and construction administration.

Talley Named 2024 Outstanding Elected Official by Health Department

OKLAHOMA CITY - During the 2024 Oklahoma Outstanding Child Abuse Prevention Awards at the State Capitol on Tuesday, Rep. John Talley, R-Stillwater, was named the 2024 Outstanding Elected Official by the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH).

DRUMRIGHT — A confirmed cougar sighting was evidenced by a Drumright citizen’s surveillance camera at the beginning of last week. The footage was shared with Drumright Police Department prompting a public awareness statement to be released.
