STILLWATER — One person has been arrested in connection to the murder of a Stillwater teen, according to Stillwater police (SPD).SPD shared on Monday that Teedeenae “Jackson” Yearby was first reported missing in February 2023, and was last heard from on Jan. 26, 2023.
