GLENCOE - Payne County Sheriff’s Office alerted the public to a missing runaway on May 2. Caleb Fisher, 13 was last seen on April 29 around 4 p.m. neat East McElroy and North Clay roads in Glencoe.

Murder trial continued to May 2

STILLWATER — The trial of Quinlan Phipps, 20, who is charged with one count of murder and one count of desecration of a human corpse was continued to May 2, as of last Thursday on April 25.Stillwater Police Department arrested Phipps on April 17, according to a probable cause affidavit.

ODHS launches mobile unit

The nation's first mobile unit teams for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services hit the road not long ago and last Wednesday was one of the teams’ first visits to Cushing. According to Cushing Senior Citizen Center Director Debbie Brown, it will not be the last.

Brody Hargrove Named Outstanding Economic Student

OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma City Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and Oklahoma Council on Economic Education awarded Cushing High School sophomore Brody Hargrove as one of 11 students honored at the 14th annual Outstanding Economic Student Awards held at the Oklahoma City Branch.
