Dale McFarlin Memorial Highway measure to go before legislature

AGRA — Local Agra resident Jarrod Molloy has been working since November to bring the Dale McFarlin Memorial Highway to fruition. “It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a long time,” stated Molloy. “Dale was and always will be a part of Agra.”
