Kearney earns Basic Instructor Certification

DRUMRIGHT — Drumright Police Department Officer Matt Kearney recently obtained his CLEET (Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training) Basic Instructor certification. According to Assistant Chief Chris Reinke, the opportunity to obtain such a certification can be afforded one of two ways.

PAYNE COUNTY - The Oklahoma State Department of Health’s Mosquito Surveillance program has detected West Nile Virus (WNV) activity in Payne County according to a report from the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH).

Commission approves state audit of Environmental Enforcement Department STILLWATER - The Payne County Board of Commissioners last week in a 2-1 vote approved requesting the Office of the State Auditor and Inspector to perform a special audit of the Environmental Enforcement Department.
