A group of young Bearcat cubs surrounded a dairy cow by the name of Snickers on Friday, March 25. The cubs must have had a big breakfast because they only seemed interested in learning about the process and production of dairy products.

Cushing banker graduates from OBA Commercial Lending School

Kelly Young, with Blue Sky Bank in Cushing, recently completed the Oklahoma Bankers Association Commercial Lending School in Oklahoma City. Young was among 55 graduates of the school, which was held March 6–11 at the OBA Harris Event Center in Oklahoma City.

Glencoe man involved in two vehicle crash near Stillwater

According to a report by Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Billy Overbey, a two vehicle collision occurred on March 19, at the intersection of McElroy Rd. and SH-108, about fi ve miles east of Stillwater.

A tip for mowers this week. The grass is growing, so if you’re mowing, don’t blow your dang clippings onto the roadway. Those things can be slicker than you know what and cause an accident —‘specially for bikes and motorcycles.
