For all my life good enough had never been good enough, not for me. I am what some may describe as an overachiever, a term I have heard time and time again. I felt like a failure if I wasn’t the best at something, which also meant I avoided doing things I knew I wasn’t good at, such as sports.

Cushing students donate hand-crafted quilt to non-profit

Fashion and Design students at Cushing High School put their hands to good use by creating a quilt recently. The final product was donated to Citizens Caring for Children, a non-profit organization in Oklahoma City which provides basic needs to children who are in the foster care system in Oklahoma.
