Payne County updates COVID-19 plan

Yale mother accused of stabbing newborn

A Yale mother is behind bars after she allegedly stabbed her newborn baby. Payne County sheriff 's deputies arrested Victoria Shane Matheson, 25, of Yale, Saturday, August 15, after she stabbed the infant and the baby’s father at a 68th Street home, according to the probable cause affi davit.
