Late last week, COVID-19 claimed its first victim in Cushing. On Saturday, April 25, Tonya Reid with the Oklahoma State Department of Health reported that the first death in Payne County linked to COVID-19 was a man over 65 years of age. The report did not disclose the man’s identity.
