Stillwater man gets 5-year prison term for sexual battery

STILLWATER -- A 22-yearold Stillwater man has been given a five-year prison term for sexually battering at Sanborn Lake a 20-year-old woman incapable of giving legal consent, as part of a plea agreement with the prosecution that was approved in court by District Judge Jason Reese on Dec. 12.
