The FBI is seeking the public’s help in the homicide investigation of Warren William 'Thomas' Fultz. He went missing from his home in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, on Sept 29, 2021. On Oct 16, 2021, his remains were located in a wooded area in Boynton, Oklahoma.

Cushing woman, 69, snared with psychedelic stash

CUSHING — A 69-year-old Cushing woman has been charged with possessing hallucinogenic mushrooms with intent to distribute, as well as methamphetamine, following a traffic stop on Main Street in Cushing.Barbara Jeanne Smith faces two felony counts.
Dakota Hatfield evens out asphalt at the corner of East Avenue and 2nd Street on July 16. A section of road had to be removed previously to repair a waterline in the area. The process to fix the road can be both costly and lengthy, according to Hatfield, due to material cost being expensive and the street crew consisting of only four people for the entire city of Cushing.
