Stillwater pair charged in hotel robbery STILLWATER -- A 20-year-old Stillwater woman and a 30-year-old ex-convict from Stillwater have been charged together with robbing a man, with whom she was acquainted, of his cell phone and cash in a hotel parking lot on May 24.
