OKLAHOMA CITY – Elina Lelde Tubele, a junior at Morrison High School, served as a page for Rep. Ty Burns, R-Pawnee, during the eleventh week of the 60th Legislature.Originally from Latvia, Tubele is in Oklahoma this school year as a FLEX (Future Leaders Exchange) scholarship recipient.
