STILLWATER — A man accused of murder was denied a temporary release from jail to attend his father’s funeral recently.According to court documents, Michael Warren Ritter, 52, of Stillwater asked to be released from jail on July 12 to attend his father’s funeral in Stillwater, and burial in Glencoe.
